1. 10% off entire bar tab - every time you come in to eat or enjoy refreshments, you will receive 10% off your entire bar tab. This is for dine-in only; no carryouts.
2. The $150 value on you birthday - we will provide a party for you at Players' Lounge with no charge and pay all the food for up to 50 people. This will be good on the date of your birthday or within one week of your birthday.
3. We will send out messages to your phone, email and direct mail about all upcoming events and specials. We will also send out newsletters periodically with a free offer or discounts.
4. By filling out the form you are allowing us to send you discounts by mail, email and cell phone.
5. All discounts and coupons awarded are only valid after 5:00 p.m.
